We were so fortunate to have found Tammy when we moved to Bellevue. As our Realtor, she helped us find out forever house in the perfect neighborhood for the right price. She was patient with us as we moved our search from Seattle to Bellevue when my father passed and we wanted to be closer to my mom. After several months of looking she cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes and even went door to door in the neighborhood we were hoping to buy into letting potential sellers know she had motivated buyers wanting to get into the neighborhood. In short, she was always working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tammy was that she was focused on answering our questions, giving us expert advice, and finding homes that met our needs and our dreams of seeing the Olympic Mountains from our living room. We would recommend her to anyone.
