Our dream house was for sale at Lake Lorelei. We went to the open house and met Marcia. We told her we would love to buy the house but had to sell our home first. Before we knew it Marcia had a contract signed by the seller with the contingency of us selling . That's when Tammy came along and her and Marcia teamed up. Listed our home and had a sale pending in a week. They both knew exactly how to market and what price point we needed to be at. They both went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. Thanks to Marcia and Tammy we are now living in our dream home.
