Working with Tamara is like working with a lifelong friend. She knows the market, she knows & cares deeply for people and Seattle, her network is gold, and she always has your back. My family (and extended family) have worked with Tamara to sell at least 5 houses over the past 20+ years. She always gives honest and solid advice for preparing homes for sale. I would be remiss if I didn't say that her level of professionalism and patience (selling one of the houses took upwards of 10 years - due to the family dragging it's feet) is unmatched. There are a lot of great realtors out there, but Tamara is the real deal, can be trusted & is on a level of her own.
