This was the second time we engaged Tamara to be our agent, earlier on the buy and this most recent time on the sell side. Her guidance based on knowledge and experience with local real estate markets was extremely helpful. As we were selling a vacation home from out-of-state, she was very accommodating in being available onsite when necessary. She was extremely attentive to any and all questions at all times. Her measured, low-key approach was greatly appreciated. We would heartily recommend her services.
