Susanne demonstrated a deep knowledge base of the real estate in the area. She was an exceptional communicator, explaining details throughout our property search, contract initiation and closing process. She made a very wise recommendation regarding a VA Loan requirement that saved us from having to delay our closing date. We would recommend Susanne to any prospective buyer without hesitation!
