During the last weekend of May 2023, Susan sold my house in the Glen Echo Heights neighborhood of Bethesda in three days at a price that exceeded my expectations. That was the tip of the iceberg. Susan is the complete package. Five years ago, she gave me valuable advice: replace carpeted floors with oak and upgrade bathrooms. In February, when we started preparing the house for sale, she found me a beautiful condo rental and immediately drew upon her resources and expertise by inviting to my home highly qualified representatives of:·      a full-service mover·      a leading antique auction house ·      a talented stager, and·      a furniture and art appraiserI needed all these people to prepare for the move, maximize the value of the furniture and art, and showcase the house at its best. Susan offered sound, strategic advice: replace the roof and refinish the deck, but don’t remodel the kitchen. She guided me in decluttering, packing and delivering donations of unmarketable items. Susan staged the house beautifully, had it professionally photographed, and priced it to raise excitement and create bidding competition. We received three bids after the first weekend. To my delight, it sold for $145,000 over listing. Susan really lived up to her motto, “Going the Extra Mile.”
