Sue is absolutely tremendous. She worked for literally years to sell this parcel of land which a psychotic abutter breakdown over. Through protracted litigation-- in which she played a vital role-- Sue toiled tirelessly to market and ultimately sell this property. There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe how much we appreciated her persistence in this effort. Even the the eventual sale of the land to the buyer presented its own complexities an challenges, through which Sue skillfully navigated to successful conclusion. Many, many thanks, Sue (who is also a lovely and personable person as well).
