Welcome to SC! I LOVE being able to say that as I have been loving SC since my move here in 1992! After being born and raised as a Missouri farmer's daughter, those down-to-earth values have followed me and continue to support me as a top producing realtor here in the upstate region. With past personal relocation's including an expatriation in Tokyo, these personal experiences bring another unique attribute to my understanding and empathy with my clients - both buyers and sellers! This history, along with my strong family commitment, has forever instilled in me the need to LOVE where I live! And this is my goal for you as well - whether you are moving near or far! As either your buyer's agent or your listing agent, you can count on me as professional, ethical, honest, and committed to your move. My track record over eighteen years in the real estate industry here, and moreover the resulting continued friendships, reflects this commitment to my clients. From beginning through closing and beyond, I am here to help you through your next move either as a first time buyer, a relocating buyer or seller, or a 'down-sizing'! When I am not working on your behalf (which tends to be a 24/7 situation for me), my supportive family is my mainstay from my sweet husband to my four wonderful children! They are my motivation! (Have you seen college tuition these days?!) Seriously, through the fun and challenges of our real estate world, I appreciate you and your consideration of me as YOUR realtor! Let me put my track record to work for you today! Upstate Region Realtor of the Year Chairman's Circle Licensed in South Carolina
