Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make, and having the right realtor makes all the difference. No cap! Susan helped us buy our first home in 2021 and sell it in 2026. Both experiences felt almost divine. Calm, seamless, and so much more peaceful than we ever expected. She's such a big part of our family's story that somewhere along the way, she stopped feeling like "our realtor" and started feeling like family. What I'm absolutely obsessed with is her honesty. In a market where it's easy to wonder whether someone is looking out for your best interests or simply trying to close another deal, Susan has always been the complete opposite. She never once pressured us to outbid other buyers just because we could. Instead, she explained the market, told us what she would do if she were in our shoes, and then gave us the space (and time!)to make our own decision. When we were preparing for our move, there were so many moving 😆 parts that it all felt overwhelming. I remember feeling the weight of it all, but it took just one reassuring message from Susan to remind us that we could do this. And we did! Haha Her MO is to tell you what's working, what's not, what deserves your attention, and what you can (should) ignore. She won't tell you what you want to hear. She'll tell you what you need to hear, always with kindness, patience, and respect for your perspective. I'm going to hold your hand when I say this. Susan is the realtor you didn't know you needed. You can thank me now, not later. 🤗 So hear me out. If you're looking for someone who will celebrate your wins, lead with honesty, protect your interests, and treat your home as carefully as if it were her own, I cannot recommend her highly enough. We trusted Susan to help us buy our first home. We trusted her again when it was time to sell. If we ever buy another home in Nova Scotia, there won't even be a question about who we'll call first. Susan, thank you for being more than our realtor. Thank you for being a trusted guide and a friend. We are so grateful for you.
