Looking for an organized and stress-free buying or selling experience? I'm your Realtor®. Together, we can navigate today's fast-paced real estate market in a way that will leave you a happy homeowner. You bring your realty goals and I will bring an expert tool-kit powered by Watson, good business sense, and a strong customer focus dedicated to meeting your needs. My former customers, associates, and employers felt that my knack for recognizing other's needs, matching them with suitable choices, and ultimately helping them close the deal made doing business with me enjoyable. I would be privileged to help you find and buy your next home, sell a current home, or help you acquire a suitable investment property. Before working in real estate, I was office manager for a local small business specializing in home renovations and have a knack for spotting reno opportunities if that is a need you are looking for. I was also a Relationship Banker and Market Manager with SunTrust Bank and a Personal Banker with BBVA, which enabled me to learn the detailed needs associated with the loan and mortgage process. The last 6 years I have been privileged to be the Volunteer Coordinator for The Children's Christmas Party of Jacksonville and lead more than a thousand volunteers in giving toys to as many as 7,000 children. Seeing the beautiful smiles of children and volunteers alike makes this annual event a cherished part of my family's holiday season. I also enjoy volunteering as a bookkeeper for the Northeast Florida Conservatory, a non-profit bringing arts education to the Mandarin neighborhood of Jacksonville. I grew up in Jacksonville and have lived here most of my life, so my transition into real estate has been a natural one. With a network decades in the making as well as an intimate knowledge of Jacksonville and the different areas of town, I am certain I can help you fill your realty needs. I love traveling and photography, listening to a good book while gardening, teaching my old dog new tricks, sailing, and of course watching the Jaguars play. But most of all, I know the importance of family and look forward to helping yours find a place to call home.
