We could not have asked for a better experience selling our vacation home than the one we had with Susan Clemmons. She was always available explaining the process of a home sale and open to any questions we might have. She guided us through the process with diligence and professionalism. Susan took the time to get to know us, and to understand those things that were important to us. Clearly, Susan is an experienced realtor who knows the local market. From the early steps of inspections and staging, to escrow and closing, the process was seamless and efficient. Susan is an excellent communicator, taking care of and explaining all the details and making sure our home sale went smoothly. Most importantly, we received a great offer with fair and favorable terms. We highly recommend her to serve as your agent.
