I was grateful for my realtor's professionalism and dedication during the home buying process. However, I did have some concerns regarding the communication of the property's value, as I felt there were instances where it may have been presented more favorably than warranted. Additionally, my requests for certain repairs were not effectively negotiated, as I was informed the seller would not have to honor them due to California law. Overall, while I appreciated her efforts, I believe there were areas for improvement in representing my interests as a buyer.
