I have worked Sue on several transactions as a State Of Illinois Home Inspector. She is ethical and honest, which unfortunately is a rare trait in today's world. She is very prudent and always on top of things, which always makes every part of the buying/selling transaction a lot smoother. I can say without a doubt that she would never intentionally mislead any of her clients and always has her client's best interest in mind.
