Although he is hard working, Steve Sloboda doesn't consider what he does to be work. Being a REALTOR® is more of a lifestyle than a job. It's what he does, but it's only part of what defines him. The joy he gets from spending time traveling with his wife & two children, his love of attending sporting events both near & far, his passion for the Puget Sound area, and his unbridled enthusiasm for University of Washington athletics are things that make Steve who he is. Before turning his love of real estate into a successful career, Steve enjoyed working in Sports Marketing for the Seattle Seahawks and later as Director of Marketing for the Tacoma Rainiers Baseball Club. The customer service and creative marketing skills learned in the pro sports industry combined with his natural ability to connect with people, transitioned perfectly into real estate. He's been a Residential Broker since 2002 and with Windermere - Chambers Bay since 2008. Steve combines "new school" technology and marketing techniques together with "old school" customer service and relationship building to ensure his clients get the best results. He is trusted to be part of their team as they would a Doctor, an Attorney, or a Financial Advisor. Steve's personality is outgoing, confident, energetic, and fiercely loyal. In regard to style or levels of production, Steve chooses not to compare himself to others in the industry. He'd rather let consistent results and a long list of satisfied clients tell that story.
