Steve was enthusiastic from the beginning and patient with us even though we were looking in several price ranges and areas in and around Louisville. Even when out of town, he altered his return schedule so he could show us a house or two in which we were very interested. This flexibility was very important since the market was so hot and houses we’re selling before we even got to see them in some cases.
