Steve Cundiff is a professional who is thorough, accessible, knowledgeable, amiable, with a good sense of humor and a methodical and organized approach to the house buying and selling process. Because of our wonderful experience with him the first time around, we reached out to him for our second venture in the arena of real estate. Thank you so much Steve. And we thank Marilyn as well. ~ Eustace and Astrid
