Stephanie was the ultimate professional during this transaction. What I believed to be a very straightforward and easy sale turned into a nightmare. The property I was selling was owned by a company where I had 100% ownership but that ownership was being challenged due a contested estate issue. So, after Stephanie secured a sale contract, a lien was placed on the property. The buying team, myself and Stephanie had to navigate several hoops over two months until a lawsuit was actually decided in my favor so the sale could finally go through. During this time, Stephanie handled everything like a true professional. Communication was key and she championed and owned all aspects of communication which is the only reason this transaction ultimately finalized. I will use her and recommend her for all real estate transactions in the future.
