Looking for a dedicated Realtor® with integrity, a good business sense and a strong work ethic; one who will use her expert communication skills to ensure your real estate transaction goes as smoothly as possible? Choose me to help you navigate todays fast paced real estate market. Youâ??ll find me highly attentive to detail and committed to helping you achieve your real estate goals.  Most recently, Iâ??ve served as a marketing coordinator and administrative assistant to multiple real estate associates at Watson Realtyâ??s Mandarin North office, one of the companyâ??s top offices. Iâ??ve had the opportunity to observe, work with and support some of Northeast Floridaâ??s finest real estate professionals. Working here has allowed me to assist with marketing, contract coordination, navigating deadlines, and effectively communicating with other parties in the transaction.  My experience over the past several years has included both customer-facing and executive assistant positions, as well as office management. Others will tell you that Iâ??m dedicated, knowledgeable and hardworking. Working with me is like working with a friend or family member who is looking out for you and your best interests. Facilitating life transitions that involve real estate is my passion. I have always loved real estate and have a natural sense for seeing the possibilities in properties.  Relocating to Florida and renovating our home has helped me develop a keen eye for adding cost effective repair solutions and improvements that add value to your home. On the personal side: I grew up in Eastern Ohio, near Pittsburgh. We moved here from Santa Claus, Indiana and love Northeast Florida.  My husband and I have two children and are big on family and traditions. Our extended family (all 30+) love to get together for reunions and vacations. I love to cook, and we enjoy going out to listen and dance to live music. And, yes, we love the beaches. I have a diversified business background. I know the value of privacy, confidentiality and discretion and of making things happen in a timely manner.  Working with customers with different needs, backgrounds and goals has taught me how to be a great communicator. Iâ??d love the opportunity to represent you in your real estate transaction. Letâ??s talk about it so I can fully understand your needs and wishes. I am the key to your next move! Call me today at 904-599-5963!
