I worked with Stephanie Clapp when buying my new home in Nov 2022. My current home, at that time, was not show ready. I had just lost my husband the year before, and had surgery when I found a home in Nov. 2022 I was really interested in. Stephanie made it a reality by going out of her way to help in the residence I was selling. She helped paint, stage, organize and gave me a checklist of things to get ready to sell my home. I could not have been more pleased to work with her. I know for sure I will never work with another agent. She was upfront and honest and made the job of buying and selling so easy.
