I would highly recommend Stella Zhu as real estate agent. Throughout the purchase process, she always give us more information than we asked for and provide us with good insight in the real estate. She is also good at negotiating with seller's agent and give us very good advice in the bidding process. She is caring and considerate. I would recommend her to any of my friends.
