Stephan was instrumental in the acquisition of our "dream house". Not only did he patiently present properties for us, but he listened to our reactions. Subsequent properties were clearly filtered to remove prior objections. His attention to our wants and his persistence resulted in our doing better than we had thought possible. Additionally, he drew on a number of sources to help us through difficult obstacles that appeared as the process evolved. When Stephan's working on your behalf, you really feel like you've got some solid support on your side.
