My loan rep (Stacey Huang) was GREAT!!! We got the original loan with her and it was our first house. She answered any questions we had quickly and always had our best interest in mind! She knew our financial circumstances and recommended different down payment/loan scenarios for us to choose from. The whole process was quick (less than a month to close) and we were guided each step of the way. Then...6 months later...we were eligible for a refinance and Stacey reached out to us to see if we were interested! Again, the process was quick and painless. We weighed out different interest scenarios again and Stacey gave her recommendation, which we went w/. Very happy w/ her service and would recommend her to all my family and friends!!!
