We cannot say enough amazing things about our experience working with Sloan! relocating from Chicago to Charlotte with very little familiarity with the area, and Sloan was an absolute godsend. . From the very beginning, Sloan made the process not only manageable, but actually enjoyable. Sloan took the time to truly understand what mattered most to us, not just our budget or “wishlist,” but what would actually make a house feel like home. She never wasted our time showing us places that didn’t align with our needs. Her communication was always clear, proactive, and honest, and she brought a level of attention to detail that we really appreciated as out-of-towners. She went above and beyond at every stage: video tours, an early drive-around orientation of neighborhoods, thoughtful vendor recommendations for post-close projects, and even showing up at our inspection and closing to ensure everything went smoothly. Never once did we feel rushed or pushed, just supported by someone we could trust. In the end, we found our dream home. It checked all the boxes, was move-in ready, and felt perfect for this next chapter of our lives. We could not have done it without Sloan’s guidance, expertise, and care. Sloan is an absolute rockstar.
