Simone has been my go-to realtor for my last two moves. Besides her positive enthusiasm and honesty, she really hears you and tailors her approach to your specific situation. Her strategic mind for both buying and selling got us peak value for our home as well as helped us become the wining bid at a very popular home with 13 other offers! Her attention to detail helped expedite the paperwork, leading to a quick turn around on both sides. I’ve been recommending her to everyone looking for a partner during what could be a very stressful transition. She made it smooth — and even fun!
