Sherry was excellent to work with. She made every effort to work out the wrinkles of which there were too many. Apparently, based on the Arvest appraisal, we were over priced. The home inspection was disgustingly nit picky and the needed repairs were vague costing us $200. On our side, Sherry was a 10! On the buy side, David a 4 or 5. David needs to either keep selling plumbing supplies at Lowe’s or get more professional in real estate. Thank You for the opportunity to express our views
