Hello! My name is Shelly Schultz and I am a licensed realtor with the Weichert, Realtors – Morgan Realty Group. I live in Oak Harbor and have always had a passion for real estate and am very excited to share my passion with others. I have many years of experience in helping people with their education goals and now will be able to help clients with their buying and selling real estate goals. Because I love communicating and meeting new people, a career in real estate is a perfect fit for my lifestyle. I am a very motivated individual and will pay attention to the details, desires, and needs of my clients to ensure the best end result – happiness in finding the perfect home! I feel very blessed to have so much support from my husband, family, and friends. We have 3 kids that stay very active in sports and academics. In my spare time, I can be found with my kids or family and friends, preferably enjoying our time together in the sunshine or traveling! Give me a call! I cannot wait to meet you and help you with your real estate needs!
