Shelly Nitz is wonderful; we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She kept us consistently informed throughout the entire sale process, responded promptly to every question, and went above and beyond to handle things locally that we couldn't manage from afar. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and experience were invaluable — she made us feel confident and at ease every step of the way. We highly recommend her services!
