My name is Shelley Berendt. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. I have been a Springfield citizen for 20+ years and been in Real Estate 11+ years. I work with residential Investors, Buyers and Sellers in and around Springfield, IL.  A home is often a person's largest asset and the core of family life.  I have had the honor of guiding many buyers into their first, second, third or even their last  home.  I have met many great people along the way and even made some wonderful friends.  I see it as a “treasure hunt” and I enjoy focusing on the specific needs of each of my clients. I have also worked side by side with many sellers through the listing, negotiating, selling then ultimately moving from one home to another. I understand that when you are selling your house, it often feels like your life is on hold.  Constant communiaction is awlays a key element between agent and seller.I would love to help you find your new home and introduce you to the city if you are new to the area! Provide me with some information on what you are looking for, and I will email you information on houses for sale that meet your needs. You select the houses you would like to see, and I will set up the appointments at your convenience. It is that easy!
