Shelley is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable and fun. I came to her with some narrow criteria and she hung in there for 14 months off and on, until I found the perfect home. She came to the showings having done research beyond the listing info. She would point out the good, bad and ugly and there was never any pressure for me to buy. But when we showed up at the closing inspection and the older couple was not ready she really excelled. Other realtors would have just called the listing agent and said make it right. She went above and beyond and made it right. She helped them get moved out and worked out a solution to close and fund and get me in the house on schedule. Thank you Shelley! Five stars is not enough.
