Shelle and TEAM did a great job of securing a buyer for my buildings! She stayed in constant contact with me and gave great ideas about how to overcome issues that were 1 block away. Her list of buyers is impressive. She kept people coming to take a look for sure. Hard working, smart and her “never give up” attitude was fun and uplifting. This is the short description of working with Shelle Carrig Baumann. She's the real deal.
