We had originally contacted Shawn approximately 3 years ago to view some of the homes his clients were selling when we had been looking to buy, and he was always extremely quick to get back to us (at all times of the day) and knowledgeable about each property. More recently when selling our home and looking to purchase our forever home, Shawn provided great insight as to what types of renovations were worth doing as well as things we probably shouldn't waste money on prior to listing our home, and was honest and knowledgeable when giving advice on homes we were interested in potentially purchasing. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a realtor and am very happy with our experience!! We love our new home and hope to never need to move again. Thank you for being a part of this adventure, and helping us find a home that our kids and pets love as much as we do!!
