Buying or selling a new home is one of the most important decisions made during your life. Your listing or buyer’s agent should be a loyal, hard working, and experienced negotiator who will work diligently to get your home sold quickly for the best price possible. If you are in the market for a buyer’s agent, I will work for you the buyer, to find you the home of your dreams and then negotiate the best terms possible to complete the transaction. There are many different aspects to closing a real estate transaction and I am experienced negotiator who is dedicated and determined to professionally complete each phase of your real estate transaction. My previous experience includes working for five years for high end local new construction builder Kingfogl Construction Company. My experience with new high end luxury homes has provided me with a complete understanding of quality construction which offers my clients a distinct advantage vs. other local real estate agents. I am experienced with high end homes and construction methods and understand the requirements of working with my client’s busy schedules. When you call, your calls will be returned immediately and all correspondence before, during and after the transaction will be handled professionally. I will work with your busy schedules and will efficiently and effectively schedule appointments to make sure your real estate transaction will be completed to your 100% satisfaction. My experience in real estate is not limited to new construction and high end homes. I am also very familiar with many markets and price ranges in the Metro-Milwaukee area including the Lake Country, Delafield area, and lake properties in Waukesha County. I was born and raised in Brookfield and also currently reside in the Lake Country area. If considering buying or selling your new home please contact me to set up an appointment and I will exceed your expectations at each phase of the real estate transaction. - National Association of Realtors - Wisconsin Realtor Association - Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors - Metro MLS - Broker Associate Cell: 262.327.4548 Email: Sharon@RealtyExecutives.com
