Sharlene Welch provided an absolutely enjoyable home search and buying experience. She was very attentive to our desires, provided a very organized and efficient walkthrough plan of many houses on our very tight schedule and gave pinpoint advise throughout the process. Her demeanor exudes calm confidence and professionalism, putting our needs at the forefront of the whole process. She was always available immediately when we reached out to her, and she methodically led us through the many steps in this home-buying process. This is our eighth relationship with a realtor in the past 20 years (buying/selling homes), and she is one of the best we've worked with....her experience in invaluable. I'd definitely recommend her to friends/family looking to purchase or sell their home in this community.
