Selecting a real estate professional to represent me in the sale of my home was a major decision. After 11 years of living in my home I was looking for a professional who could help facilitate the sale of my house. Shannon Elliott was that person. Shannon listened to what my needs were. She developed a plan to market and sale my house and then implemented it. Shannon’s proactive approach was integral to the sale of my home. After only a few days on the market I received a list price offer. I plan on recommending Shannon Elliott to anyone that is planning on selling or purchasing a home. She is extremely professional, personable, and detailed oriented. Her proven results speak for herself. If you make the decision to hire Shannon Elliott to represent you in the sell or purchase of a home, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank you again, Shannon, for making the sell of my home a smooth transaction! This wasn't my first sales transaction, but it was by far the best!
