Deb far exceeded my expectations. I'm located in CT and needed to sell my condo in SC. She handled all the details that I couldn't take care of myself because of the distance. She was always in communication, had a great team of people to take care of the repairs and maintenance items, priced the unit correctly, kept me up to date on the showings, got the closing done promptly and was overall an absolute pleasure to do business with. She deserves 6 out of 5 stars!
