Even though we weren't in the market to make a high-dollar purchase (we made a land-only purchase), Scott was extraordinarily diligent and thorough in physically scouting the properties we were interested in, which was particularly important because we don't currently live in Chattanooga. He greatly exceeded our expectations for a realtor. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, and incredibly hard-working, and we appreciated his judgment, assessment, and honesty. We have already recommended Scott to others, and we will continue to do so. He did a superb job for us.
