Scheryl made our house dreams come true and helped us to do it in a way that made us more financially secure than we thought possible. My wife and I are artists of modest means and we couldn’t imagine living in the gorgeous home that we do now. It is in a perfect location for us, just 2 blocks from our daughter’s fantastic public school. Scheryl put her extensive experience and far-sighted vision to work for us to make the seemingly impossible happen. She understood us and our financial picture and she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Buying this home required a lot of moving parts, including staging and renting our existing home on a very short timeline as well as thoughtful negotiations with the sellers of our new home. Scheryl was expert at seeing how all the pieces in the process might work out in our favor and insisted on doing things thoroughly and correctly at every stage. And she was right there every step of the way in helping us to get things done. Her generosity and grace helped us to feel grounded throughout the process. With her and her amazing team we trusted that we were doing the best job possible to buy our house, but never overreaching. We were content in knowing that whether things worked out or not, we did exactly what we could to make it happen on terms we could afford. Happily it all came together and we couldn’t be more thrilled and grateful for her skillful guidance that made it possible.
