Working with Joy has been one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. I started this journey looking for a home that met a very specific set of requirements while staying within a limited budget. I had quite a few restrictions, and we worked together for almost a year. What made this experience truly remarkable was that we had never even met in person, yet she went above and beyond at every step to make sure I found the right home. I still remember asking her to show me an apartment she went to see on my behalf. After visiting it, she told me, “As your real estate agent, I would not approve this apartment for you. You deserve a better place.” That moment told me everything I needed to know about her. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal; she genuinely cared about finding me a home that I would be happy with. She continued searching patiently and consistently, keeping all my needs and restrictions in mind. In the end, I purchased a property and it checked all the boxes on my list! I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. The level of trust I developed in her was so incredible that, throughout the entire process, I trusted her judgment completely. That kind of trust is rare, and she earned it through her honesty, dedication, and genuine concern for my best interests. She was punctual for every visit, whether big or small, and made sure everyone involved conducted themselves professionally before introducing them to me. She handled the process with care, attention to detail, and a level of professionalism that made what could have been a stressful experience feel reassuring. On closing day, she even baked something sweet for me and included a personal note. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day even more memorable. It showed how much heart she puts into her work and how much she values her clients as people, not just transactions. And her support didn’t end at closing. After I moved in, I ran into an issue with my utility service and messaged her after hours. Even though it was no longer her responsibility, she stepped in and helped me get it sorted out. That kind of after-sale support is something I never expected but will always appreciate. Honestly, after this experience, I trust her so much that I would feel comfortable listing her as an emergency contact. That probably says more about the kind of person she is than anything else I could write. My advice to anyone looking to buy or sell a home is to find an agent who genuinely puts your interests first, listens to your needs, respects your budget, and is willing to tell you the truth even when it doesn’t lead to an immediate sale. Someone who will advocate for you, protect your interests, and stand by you throughout the process is invaluable. She is exactly that kind of agent. If you’re looking for someone who combines professionalism, patience, honesty, dedication, and genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend her. She didn’t just help me buy a property; she made me feel confident, protected, and supported throughout the entire journey. I will always be grateful for everything she did for me.
