Thank you for your help in purchasing our new home. Your wealth of real estate experience, keen understanding of real estate contracts, and desire that we make an optimal home purchase was such an advantage. Sarita you are a professional with a friendly and jovial personality. Like many buyers we thought we knew what we wanted. You asked insightful and probing questions allowing us to see unconsidered possibilities and benefits and even potential drawbacks. You observed our reactions, listened carefully to our comments and used every property visit to refine your approach. Most importantly you patiently gave us time to think and rethink our needs and wants which for us evolved during this process. Despite the fact that our search took several months due to our selectivity and lack of inventory we never felt pressured. Sarita, you added value to every step of our home search. We would not hesitate to recommend Sarita Sethi and as needed, we look to working with her in the future!
