If I can say one thing about Sarah it would be that Sarah is the best. Luckily, I can say more! Working with Sarah and the team at Elfant Wissahickon Realtors made buying a house effortless and my wife and I have heard plenty of horror stories from friends and family about their buying experiences. Always professional, personal, responsive and she truly listening to our needs and concerns. Sarah helped us feel comfortable with our choices and decisions along every step, explaining everything in an understandable way - from making the offer to closing day. Sarah even help us find an awesome, local mortgage broker to work with and recommended a knowledgeable inspector. This made it really easy and in fact enjoyable, especially in this incredibly competitive real estate market. Highly recommend.
