Working with Sara was such an amazing experience. Sara was so genuine and never made us feel pressured throughout the home buying process. When making such a big decision, you want someone who will take the time to be thorough and listen to your needs. You can tell it is Sara's passion to help others find their dream home. She understands the weight of this decision and helps guide you throughout the entire time. She was so attentive to our needs and wants when searching for our first home. When working with Sara, you can expect professionalism, care, personability, and knowledge. She treats your home buying experience as if it were her own, highlighting important need-to-knows while ensuring it is your own journey she is there to support. Since we are not Cincinnati Natives, we appreciated her insight on location and home value. Sara consistently followed up with us, making sure we could quickly see a house that just popped up.
Although every interaction with Sara has been exceptional, the first time we met her stands out to us. When we first met Sara at a coffee shop to chat, we expected it to feel a little more in and out. Sara spent the first half hour just truly getting to know us. She spoke to us right off the bat as friends and we felt as though she had our best interest at heart, which was very important to us as first time home buyers. The first day we met, she had already given us 1 hour plus at a coffee shop, and right then and there took us to tour 2 homes we wanted to see. We were so grateful for the time she took to make sure we were heard and got to see the homes we wanted.
One of the things that stood out to us most about working with Sara was her initiative and "action-taker" mentality. She found us an AMAZING off-market house all through her connections and proactiveness, which ultimately became our home. Sara did not wait around for us to tell her if we found a house, and we found this to be one of the best parts of working with Sara. Buying a home can already be stressful, but Sara did everything she could to ease the burden. She laid out clear next steps, followed up with others on our behalf, and made sure we had a consistent flow of new listings to see. If we sent a home we liked, she made herself available that same day to tour it for us. We were so pleasantly surprised by how quickly and thoroughly Sara got things done.
Not only is Sara extremely knowledgeable, but she goes out of her way to get to know you personally. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and kindness will make it a very enjoyable process. She made our first home buying experience so special and memorable, consistently checking in on us and working to build a friendship with us. We even said we will miss getting to text and check-in with Sara because she treated us as friends! I would say it is very rare to find someone so personable, yet knowledgeable. She pointed out things we wouldn't even think to ask or notice, and truly had our best interest.
Sara will make you feel as though your home and family are the most important priority! She treats her clients as friends, and it shows in her genuine care and time dedicated to your home search. Buying our first home with Sara was honestly easier than renting some of our apartments! We are so grateful Sara was our agent and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to list or buy a home. If you need someone in your corner to get it done - Sara is the best! You will not be disappointed with Sara - she will do AMAZING work, go the extra mile with you, and is a great person to get to know!
