Couldn't have asked for a better partner in a time when homes are being sold well over list and faster than they can hit the NMLS. I had limited time to secure a home for my family and she took on the task as if they were her family. When we looked at places in person she paid attention to our conversations and we aligned on what my family was looking for. When I needed to operate remotely she was always available to see a listing asap and provided confidence-inspiring videos that allowed us to see many of the important points from afar, the videos remained tied to our initial conversations and acceptance standards... awesome! Market trends were shifting daily but she paid attention to it and was able to lay out a strategy that allowed us to remain competitive in our offers. Sara was a source of positive reinforcement and guidance in the process as well, there were quite a few time when she brought me back from hopelessness and reassured me that we could get this done. Forever grateful, don't think I'll ever see as volatile of a market as this again (hope not) but I am glad she represented us through it and will look to her for advice on such matters going forward.
