With Britta on your team, you cannot lose. She was professional, responsive, communicated well with all parties and most importantly made the whole experience fun and painless. I chose Britta for a few reasons - 1) she has an eye for design and sees potential in homes; 2) she values a fair deal and has immense integrity; and 3) she is a top notch negotiator. You want her on your side!! I’m sure glad she was on mine!!
