Working with Sandy Hakans of Wardley Real Estate was an absolute blessing. From the very beginning, she showed a level of patience, kindness, and genuine commitment that is rare to find. I wasn’t the easiest client—I needed time, space, and the confidence that I was making the right choice. Sandy gave me all of that and more.We must have toured at least 25 homes together, and not once did she rush me or make me feel like I was asking too much. She was always right there beside me, ready with insight, encouragement, and a smile. No matter how many questions I had or how many times I changed my mind, she stayed steady, supportive, and fully invested in helping me find the place that truly felt like home.Sandy doesn’t just do her job—she cares. She listens. She shows up. And she goes above and beyond in every possible way.If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will walk every step of the journey with you, who will advocate for you, and who will treat your search as if it were her own, Sandy is the one. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process.
