My wife and I were very impressed with the initial comp work Sandra did for similar homes in our area. She also held multiple open houses which were well advertised and created a lot of traffic though our listing. We believe we sold our home at above average value for our unit and could not have been more pleased with her professionalism, work ethic, and end result.
