We could not have had a finer agent assisting us with our real estate purchase. Samantha is extremely knowledgable about every aspect of real estate including negotiations, financing, legal and the closing process. She responded to all of our requests for assistance and information immediately. She assisted tremendously in the rather tedious documentation now required by lenders and represented us well when the lender actually made some mistakes on our lending documents. If I were to ever sell or purchase real estate again, I would want Samantha as my agent.
