Samantha Villatoro has a very open and comfortable nature, and throughout this whole process, really seemed to be able to listen to our needs. She was not overly 'aggressive,' but knew when she needed to take action. I really felt that our family would not have been considered for this most recent home purchase without her taking the initiative and building a very good rapport with the selling agent. Then, throughout the closing process, she kept us well-informed of any issues, and advised us effectively throughout. She is very knowledgeable. She is also extremely flexible-- she made time to show me several homes mostly on the weekend--she went above and beyond and I especially understand the sacrifice because we both have young children. We are so grateful and happy with our new home!
