Ryan did an outstanding job. His knowledge and guidance through the process was invaluable. His guidance in pricing the house was the reason we were able to get the a well above asking price offer. His knowledge and experience regarding in pricing was spot on for my area. His guidance was most appreciated since the property was that of my sister.Ryan helped us throughout the process and even assisted in removing trash to assist us getting ready for the showings. All I all an outstanding experience and an outstanding agent. You are very fortunate to have him on your team.
