We met Rusty at another property we were interested in - he was the listing agent. We did not have an agent at the time but from first meeting him we knew we wanted to work with him. I don't like a pushy agent or one that does not listen to our needs - he is none of that! His response to us when we wanted to see a property was immediate. Always prepared to help us inspect any concerns we might have with a property and could readily offer guidance. He wasn't just out to make the sale but to make the sale where we as the buyer could be happy with our purchase. Once we found the property that we actually purchased, he arranged for us to see it the next day and was able to get an inspector for us when the seller accepted our offer. Everything was arranged promptly. He was definitely on our side throughout and showed that he cared. He took care of communicating with the seller's agent and was able to negotiate and work out matters for us. And, let's just say that he is a very kind person! I highly recommend Rusty - 100%!
