I purchased my home while visiting friend's in Summerville. I had met Roy at an open house in the community that I was looking at to move to. Once I decided to get serious about purchasing a home, I called Roy. He worked with/for me during the process since I was back at my home in AZ preparing for the move. Roy helped me with finding vendors for some changes I wanted to make and worked with the other agent and sellers for a smooth transition. Purchasing the home was a smooth process with all the staff at Carolina One from Realty to loan processing.
